 Paul FitzSimons is a writer, film producer and script consultant.

Paul’s debut novel ‘Burning Matches’ is on sale now from Amazon.

His feature film ‘The Gift’ (OC Productions, 15A), starring Alan Devine, Una Kavanagh and Dawn Bradfield, was released in Irish cinemas in April 2017 and is available on Amazon Prime. Watch the trailer here.

Paul previously worked as a story-writer on the Irish TV Drama ‘Fair City’.

Paul is currently developing feature film ‘Complicit’ with Babyjane Productions as well as the TV Drama ‘Dark Road’ and novel ‘Smoke Damage’.

He has written a number of others screenplays for features, short films and TV Drama.

Paul also runs the script-editing service ‘Courier Twelve’ for screenwriters (www.couriertwelvescripts.com). He teaches screenwriting courses with Screenskills Ireland.

His short stories are published in ‘Who Brought The Biscuits’ by The Naas Harbour Writers.

When he’s not writing or teaching, Paul plays the trumpet with St. George’s Brass Band and sings with choir Nás Na Rí Singers.
